All sorts of aniamls prey on alligators: raccons, hawks, foxes, wolves, snakes, shrikes, turtles, fish. All are very significant alligator predators. Perhaps the single largest alligator predators are other alligators.
As with most large predators they don't have any predators as healthy aduults, but in that respect they are no different to grizzly bears or tigers.
Crocodiles are not closley related to Gila monsters. Gilas are true lizards, and most closely related to the monitors such as goannas and Komodo dragons. In contrast Crocodiles are Archosaurs and are most closely related to birds. A crocodile is about as closely related to a Gila monster as a person is to a koala.

Well, alligators are preyed by all kinds of things as youngsters from birds to snakes. As they get bigger however, their biggest fear is bigger alligators until they get large enough to become truly dominant. As for the second part, alligators and Gila monsters share no relation except for both being reptiles.
P.S I'm only 14. Ha!

Until an alligator gets big, it gets eaten by other alligators, birds, fish, snapping turtles, and snakes. When it gets larger, it can still get eaten by other alligators. Usually when it is big, its only predator is man and that Crocodile Hunter dude. Regarding Gila Monsters, they are all reptiles.

Since you didnot specified alligator size, then I have to say birds, fish, lizards, and many other animals prey on baby alligators.
Once alligators reach full size they have no enemies.
On the other hand, crocodiles are killed by hippos in Africa, regardsless of size.

Alligators are known to have been killed by hippos. Hippos are extremely aggressive when it comes to protecting their young. As far as preying on alligators, piranha feast on old or wounded gators.

Not much preys on gators besides humans. Sometimes massive snakes - pythons, mostly, that were pets but were turned loose in places like the everglades when they got too big to handle - will try and swallow them. It usually turns out with both animals dead, because the gator will tear the snake apart trying to get out.

people prey on alligators. We use their skin to make things such as purses, belts, shoes, and things of that nature. Some people even eat them.

Generally just humans. That is the reason that alligators, much like killer sharks, haven't had to do much evolving.
