How do you know when you have the one?

well I think it's when they bring you more joy then strife to your life. When you both complete the other in every way mentally, physically etc. Also I believe you'll know when you've found the one when you both are asking this same question when he wants and needs you and loves you like you do him, love should be level and balanced cause like any relationship no one person has enough love or caring to carry a relationship meant for two.

You will not have to feel insecure in the relationship. If you are truly meant to be then you will both just know and be happy. Nobody will "need space" or be "confused".

True love is so much more then lust. My husband and I have been married 7 years and have twin Boys. We have just finally gotten to a really good point where we are truly in love and know how to communicate in a healthy way.

Try going a day without them, then you will find out.
