Yo empecé a los 13, pero eso depende mucho de en que sociedad te encuentres. Por ejemplo en España el promedio está entre los 14 años, mientras que en Latinoamérica son sobre los 12. Generalmente las sociedades más avanzadas tienen cierto retraso en la mestruación de las mujeres.
