Harvest Moon fans? My calf is gone.?

Question

My cow gave birth and the calf went in the calf hutch like normal, then he came out and I called out my animals because it was a nice day. I didn't see him but didn't pay much attention because he's really small- well, he's a calf. So then, at night, I called my animals in and he wasn't there. I figured he was just behind another animal so I went to sleep and then the next morning, he was still gone and sick, too. Where is he, what happened, and what can I do? I don't want my calf to die. thanks

mm I remember my lil sis yelling about this same glitch. She says either it will get sick and show up back in the barn or it will die. She was really mad but she said there was no way to fix it. she said it only happened once and after that the calves all showed up.

I think your calf my be dead.  I don't think any of the baby animals, chicks, lambs etc. are supposed to go outside.  I know that there are wild dogs that can get on your farm.  That's one reason you train your dog,  so that he can fight the wild dogs.  They usually come on the farm at night but i did have one that was there during the day.  You can ride your horse and search the whole farm but I think you will find that the calf is dead. Sorry

go look at a bunch of different farms some rude people stole mine to but i found it at that ranch were they have the milk thingy
