Why is Kilmarnock's home ground called Rugby park?

    The football they play resembles rugby more than footy. If they awarded 3 points for every sky bound kick, Kilmanock would be Champions 10 times over.

    They first played under rugby rules and this is reflected in the name of the stadium.

    Because Kilmarnock's a crap hole and they have no clue about what they want as long as they're known as Ayrshire's great unwashed. Try and buy soap in Kilmarnock. Don't know what it is !

    I think it is named after the street it is built on. Hibernians ground is named Easter Road which is the nearest main street.
