Grouting tile?

My friend had his bathroom done three years ago and his grout was never sealed. He asked me to regrout it about 4 months ago and wanted me to seal it, probably to soon. Now the grout is getting really dirty again. Its a real light color grout, white pretty much and he wants me to do it again. Despite the color, if its sealed after the correct amount of time will it hold up or is there anything else to do?

This is a common problem with light colored grout, next time try epoxy grout it seals itself and is a smooth grout therefore can be cleaned easily with white vinegar.

I second the above mention of Epoxy grout. More expensive but will pay in not having to seal it. Also wont mold or stain so its very easy to clean.
