    It is unlawful to refuse to fight in any battlefield. Nuclear or otherwise.

    War is not a constrained by legalities. There are no lawyers refereeing war until after its fought. There are no time outs or safe zones. Once Americans realize that war is not neat, clean, or peaceful maybe we can win one.
