Were I can find people that are willing to invest?

I have many ideas and a business plan and I would like to know were I can find people on the internet that are willing to invest or that are looking for new investment ideas. Preferably people that live close to me in (California) the L.A. county or the Orange county. Email me if you want to know more it has some thing to do with Global Warming.
