i have been given a plot near the lake, what should i do?
Just the other day my uncle gave me a plot infront of the lake. He hasn't built anything on it, its just land. I only go to the lake once a year and would like some ideas on what i should do with this land.

No seriously, if you don't want it, and you won't use it, put it on the market and make some money off it. You should get a nice chunk of change.
However, have you considered having a house or a mobile home put on it?

As far as the development is concerned with your property, if come to worst scenary that you really doesn't much like the plot your option is to offer your property in your friends or market

I guess Thank your Uncle and maybe take some friends up and have a a weekend camping. go swimming, catch some fish for tea or bring your food and cook it on a open fire.

Hold on to it and investigate the property sales in the area,you could cash out very well off
