Excel Spreadsheet problem... HELP!!!?
Hi there..I made some adjustment to the alignment of a document my colleague sent to me on an excel spreadsheet. The words and figures were all in order on the computer screen but when I tried to print it or "print preview" , they all went out of whack . The size of the paper was fine but the words were not in the same position. HELP! :-(
P.S. I meant to say.. "HELP, PLEEAASEE.. and thank you in advance. "
P.S. The original one that my colleague sent me was already out of alignment. Hence, the correction made by me. So, no point asking him to resend it.
P.S. Tried some suggestions given here but still no luck. Could some kind-hearted computer geek send me an e-mail (rose_mbfb@yahoo.com) so I'd be able to send you the file and see if you could fix it? Thanks a bunch.

Try saying this out aloud: "O Mighty Computer. i beseech thee to cast thy kind eye upon my pitiable state. I have to send in the report before the rise of dawn. Send me a geek in shining glasses (and buck teeth) to slay this excel beast and deliver me to Happyland"
Always works for me.

Maybe there are hidden rows or columns that are printing. Look at the headings and see if any numbers are missing. I don't have Excel but I assume there is an option to print or hide hidden fields.

You can try to reduce the size of the printing by reducing the magnification from the page setup dialog...
