Can you drive out of state with a temporary permit, under age 18?

    Each state that you wish to drive in has their own rules. You should check with each state you plan on visiting. That can be done normally by going to the web site for the DMV in those states.

  • you should be able to because I have an Indiana permit but I moved to Arkansas and I have been driving around here but you also MUST have a parent in the front seat.

    yes as long as you have a licenced driver 21 or older with you in the pasenger seat closest to the driver. Your learners permit is good in any US state or territory.

    as long as you have met the requirements for your states laws...for example a licensed driver must be in the front seat while you drive...

    Read the restictions on the Ohio drivers manual. It is all there.

    i think so, but not for long and someone over 25 must be in the car with you at all times
