Speaking as a person renting with my partner..... rent €800, electricity around €20, Broadband & phone €35, TV €40, Food about €400 (once you don't eat out or get takeaway...ever!).
Car, credit card, loan for furnishing all on top.
Total for a one bed apartment..... Too Much!

Rent could easily be 1000 euro a month - phone another 30 or more, gas/electricity another hundred or so, food depends on what you eat, but probably another couple of hundred.
