chocolate and candy give us something to have in our mouth....plus you can't argue with the taste.

chocolate has a calming affect , everyone has something for me chocolate lol and yes the taste is important also ....good chocolates sooth my soul

its the endorphines. chocolate releases endorphines. endorphines make you happy. that's why women like to eat chocolate when depressed or on their period, because it relieves stress and lets them relax and be happy.
