I just saw Governor Schwarzenegger at a Starbucks in Austin, TX, has anyone else had a celebrity sight?

let's see , I have met Kirk Gibson ( hero of the 88 world Series, Most of the 97 Stanley Cup Red Wings, Joe Dumars and Tyasun Prince and Mr Big Shot Chauncey Billups, .. of the Pistons and Gen Richie our flying ace in Vietnam and John Glen, and Dr. Jerry Linger(sp) a astronaut that was on the spacestation and a couple other astronauts and whole lot of Detroit Tigers. Mark the bird Fridych, Dave Rozema,. and of course former CEO of GM MR. Roger Smith. and Mr Bill Ford.

When I was around 15, one of the members of Great White came to our house for dinner. This was back in '85 or something. I can't remember what his name was and didn't even know about the band. He was staying in Huntington Beach because we dropped my brother off there once. At a celebrity charity event in El Monte (1984), I met Streisand, Hasselhoff, Winkler, Patti Davis (daughter of the Prez), Cher (her bagel guy was with her), Scott Baio, Michael J. Fox, Kari Michaelsen (from Gimmie a Break), Nancy whatshername (Fact's of Life)...GEE!! It's been so long, I cannot remember everyone's name. Except for Babs (she seemed indifferent, so I was very disappointed since I was a fan), they were all awesome! It was truly an experience that I will always cherish. I wish I knew who stole my autograph book and pictures, though. Because no one ever believes me. I mean, if I were going to make something up it would involve being Brad Pitts secret lover or the Presidents secret child from an affair with an intern! Oh, Eric Estrada visits Mt. Carmel, IL (its nearby) and Mark Hamil is married to a lady from Carmi, IL (its nearby). But I never got to meet them. i only got to see their photo in the newspaper.

ONce sat at the table next to hot lips hulahan, from M.A.S.H in St Johns in the Virgin Islands, another time I sat and chatted with Muhammad Ali at a party Id gatecrashed in London to celbrate Witherspoon winning the world heavyweight championship.

Oh and I once dealt blackjack on a cruiseship out of Florida to a famous old comedian, George Burns

I was working at a Jimmy John's sandwich shop in downtown Indianapolis in the summer of 2004. I swear that I saw Whitley Streiber come into the shop and get a sandwich. I think I saw him a couple of other times that summer too. He just released a new book, 'The Greys', that is a work of fiction set in Indianapolis.

I used to live in Austin, Tx myself. all kinds of celebrities pop in there. Infact, a roommate of mine knows just about everyone in the music industry who's ever had a life in the state of texas (honest I swear) I came home to find the whole band of Ministry in my house. I waived and said hey, work had wore me out....but of course my husband freaked out and asked them if they knew who they were.

It was a great day to point and laugh at the boy. :P

I used to work at Disney World, and the comic George Carlin came through my line. Another day former Pres. Carter's daughter was visiting.
