Is there any possibilities that I can download videos from any blocked site i.e. YouTube?

Damn hell YouTube is blocked here in UAE and i can't make any download from YouTube. I know how to download that kind of videos but the prob is the site is blocked. Please any help from you guys will be much appreciated.

Update:

I got some tips on the net that telling me to use the ip address instead of the domain name of a site that is blocked i.e. www.youtube.com type http://208.65.153.240/ but this is incomplete address so i came up to the idea to type the subdirectory and type it like this http://208.65.153.240/login and it works. use www.who.is to search for the ip address of any blocked site. maybe i will use firefox browser and the add on video downloader. i hope it works. thanks guys.

Update 2:

There is a little bug here using that trick. You cannot log in to your account. Hence you cannot rate, comment on any video. And you cannot play some videos that you need to be login first. And of course you cannot upload videos. But that is better than nothing. Before i'm using the http://google.com/xhtml trick so you can view any blocked site. But you cannot play any video from YouTube using this trick. But you can log in. But you cannot add a comment.

If UAE is blocking sites, then you're asking the wrong people. Ask your government to help you.
