Commercial Property Appraiser required to appraise a commercial property in North Bay, Ontario!!! AACI?
We need an appraisal done on this property as to the passing of our Father. We wish to continue with the project but do require an AS IS appraisal and one with the completed new project... We have done approx. 75% of the ground work for the appraisal completed.
