Bees are found in trees all year long at any time. Shake the trees until a beehive falls out, then quickly take out your net out and try to catch one. Keep trying and you'll get the timing right!
You can catch ants by leaving candy or decayed turnips outside until they have bugs all over them. You can catch them all year long at any time.
Goldfish can be found in the river and lake all year long at any time.
