That country is to big and diverse to answer this questions. Be more specific about what part of China you are asking about.

Eh... honestly I would need all night to talk about that. There's TOO MANY things to discuss. It wildly range from being poor and a slave and work in sweatshop for 16 hours a day to very normal like as your average well to do suburban american to flithy rich with everything you can ask for.
That's like as ask "what are the life condition in America?" Like life of single mother on welfare, college professor, lawyer, high school student, homeless, etc... Hope you get some idea of how hard your question is to answer.
