How to overcome being stubborn for doing things that I know are not beneficial for me?

Like bad habits, etc.

    Well everything is on you, if you want to change something you just need to have motivation ()

    you have to see that those things don`t help you in anyway and you will see with time that is easier .

    You can try hypnosis for particular problem or ask gp to refer you for counselling in specific field of your problem or just use plain old willpower out way the positives and negatives of the bad habits you have and just keep remembering negative things everytime you want to use or do the bad habit.

    if u wanna stop smoking I find the best way is to stop buying cigerettes.
