do cows have fleas?

    They're unlikely to get fleas, as are horses and other large animals (seeing as most fleas are either cat fleas or dog fleas), unless a place was thoroughly infested with fleas and there were no other hosts except the cow. But like another answer told you, they can get lice, or certain types of worms which might make them itch.

    no cow lice I know this cuz I love cows and want to get a dexter 3 ft tall cow

    Yes, sows can get fleas and ticks and lice and worms and everything else other animals get.
