Use table salt, and lots of it,it will draw out the water(urine),if you use enough you will note that the salt will soon be wet, brush off the wet salt and start again, keep on doing this perhap's overnight, until you're left with "dry"salt, indicating that all the liquid has been drawn off,it'll also act as a stain remover. You can use the same procedure for any liquid stains on material.

Use an pet odor removal spray such as....
Zero Odor seeks out and bonds with pet odor molecules of just about every kind, changing them into molecules that can never again cause odor. Happily for your nose and the much more sensitive nose of your pet, Zero Odor does this without leaving behind any scent of its own.
One of Zero Odor's most powerful attributes is its ability to eliminate odors that were previously impossible to remove. Depending on the depth of the contamination, such as areas where pet urine has seeped through carpet and into floorboards, it may be necessary to use Zero Odor several times.
Zero Odor leaves behind no scent of its own. However, immediately after spraying Zero Odor you'll notice a slight, fresh smell. We call it a "Tracer Scent." Zero Odor's Tracer Scent is designed to allow you to know exactly where you sprayed and where you haven't when spraying a large area. Within a few minutes - often only a few seconds - the Tracer Scent completely disappears.

1Use white paper towels to blot as much of the urine as you can. Make sure you blot rather than rub to prevent further damage to your carpet or upholstery. Step 2Rinse the area by pouring a full glass of clean water over the stain. Step 3Use more white paper towels to blot up the urine and water. Step 4Repeat steps one to three until the paper towels do not absorb any yellow color. Step 5Scrub the stained area with a brush and some carpet cleaner. Step 6Spray with carpet cleaner again then remove with a vacuum cleaner following the instructions on the can of carpet cleaner. Step 7Spray an odor remover over the stained area.

If it's still....fresh, try using club soda. That usually gets most fluids out of carpets and furniture and clothing. The bubbles from the carbonation remove the liquid over time. Keep pouring it on slowly and don't let it dry out until it's all gone.
