Does "The Dutch" deserve Bogdan's girlfriend?

Ok, here are the details... Bogdan is a friend of The Dutch, The Dutch seems to like Bogdan's girlfriend(like any other guy), now the question comes if he deserves his girlfriend.The Dutch is a racist and who hates everything that moves and makes old cheese, he also is a very loyal friend( once in the 8th grade, we had a test at religion, and he asked my note book to copy during the test cuz I was one of the few to take notes... He opened the note book under the desk and then I warned him the teacher is coming... he kept on looking, the teacher came and took the note book out of his hand.
