Exclamatory sentenses should always end with an '!'.The point is that it explains the emotion of the speaker
The answers you asked for are:-
1.Wow,she has many friends!

1. How many friends she has!
2. How many books he has read!

You have to determine whether to use "what" or "how" based on the sentence. Good Luck

starting a sentence with "who what why where when and how" usually indicates an interrogative sentence.
an exclamatory sentence is used to convey feeling or emotion, controlled by the inclusion of "!"
so "he has read so many books!" hope that helps. ;p
