How can I stop System32 folder opening up on startup?

Whenever I startup my PC I get the System32 Master folder opening up. How can I stop it doing this. I have tried looking at the startup tab in MSCONFIG. without luck.

    if your system32 file is opening on startup get busy with antivirus software i sugest macafee,then spybots&d,and adaware.

    you have found a virus and need to fix it now!!!

    also after you run antivirus and the like then update your windows!!!!

    Sounds like an error in a program startupmethod...perhaps another virus checker program didnt remove something correctly. I know a couple little programs that will hlep you, HjiackThis and StartupList:
