What is the best way to hang a framed picture without leaving any permanent marks on a wall?
I just moved into a new house i'm renting and when i moved out of the last one I had had lots of pushpin holes and nail holes that looked terrible. I don't want to do that again, the room was just painted.

Hi,
3M make a great product called Command Strips that sticks to the wall and you can hang your pictures on the hook. Then it can be easily be removed leaving no marks on the wall.
Go to there site, on the right hand side click on "How To Use" to see how they work. They are just what you are looking for.
Here is there site

3M has great products that help fasten things to the wall. Or, if you just get the little nails for drywall -- use white toothpaste to fill in the holes when you take them out.

Install Picture Moulding above. Most older homes have them. then you can hang your picture with wire to the specific height.
It doesnt look tacky, just old-school.

try a hanger. Buy one of those sticky hangers you see often in washrooms and stick them on the wall and hang your things there. I have them except they can't carry weight over a few pounds.
