where did you heir that , the answer is no and somehow not possible, and also why should it?
Pakistan is already part of the bigger country which is called India, and is a very young country, after becoming independent from England , the Muslim part of India became separated and called Pakistan, their aren't any reason for that Pakistan even treys to vein part of India which is called Kashmir to his territory.
