I read that I should eat within 20mins after exercising, what should I eat to get protein and carb?

Also is the 20mins thing true? I think it's about your muscles recovering and you should eat something during that time.

After swim practice I ride my bike home (takes 15 mins). Should I eat after I get home or right after practice?

Update:

btw my swim practices are about 1h 15mins.

    That's right. Get a burrito or something within half an hour of a workout. If it takes 15 minutes to get home, eat when you get home.

    its really a 45 minute window, i eat a protien bar personally
