    yes if you are breaking up with some crazy bltch. Now breaking up with an abusive, adulterous, drug-crazed loser was quite good for me.

    My Glamour magazine says it can. You can get a cold easier, or so they claim. I believe it is more of a strain on your health to stay with someone your'e not happy with. I can't seem to shake my ex, he keeps coming back, and let me tell you, it is stressful! God I hate him! I am always tense. It is terrible to look at him. He has such a dumb look on his face all the time. I hope he finds someone else's life to make miserable soon...

    Yes, if a person isn't strong enough to handle the emotional pain, it will affect them physically.
