yes it should,pot wont' mess you up the way other stuff will,look at the drunks........beating up their wives, crashing cars,and such, yet pot makes most pretty happy and care free........;-)

Yes it should be legal. Why? It is less harmful than alcohol and I have never met anyone that could not stop smoking pot but I have met several people that can not give up booze.

I am a former pot smoker and I feel it should be legalized. The government would make a fortune on the taxes and eveyone would be happy.

Yeah it should be because...Alcohol is legal and it does more harm than weed and also if the government was the one who sold it they could make a lot of money and we wouldn't have so many people buying laced weed and dieing from it.

No it must be illegal... Marijuana has a lot of adverse effects on the health of everyone, and not to mention the psychological effects it can do... I think that if everyone was addicted to Marijuana, i think that nobody in this world would live up to his/her twenty's... Imagine if all people were to be rapists, and murderers... Sheeesh...

No it should stay illegal and alcohol should be illegal too. Both are expensive, ruin your health, mind, and can make you do things you normally wouldn't.
