why some people love to make a mistake, even though that they know the mistake?

some people live for the "now" with little thought about the future.

Because they loved it. When they hate to make mistakes, they won't do it. A masochist loves to feel pain inflicted on his body, a saddist loves to inflict pain on somebody. They do this because they loved it. Ergo, people want to repeat the mistakes they had done because they loved to do it. Okay?

These people are known as "Liberals" (even though liberal is the last thing they are) although some of us know them as "Losers".

In direct answer to your question: they can't help it - it's just their genetic imprint and the rest of us just have to pick up the slack for them. No way around it for any of us. Just the way it is.
