Press F8 repeatedly during startup until the windows advanced options screen appears. Choose safe mode from the menu, select your current operating system (usually the only one there), and then wait while it starts up. When the windows logon screen appears, choose Administrator and then wait for it to logon. When the safe mode dialog box appears, choose yes. Next, go to Start>Control Panel>User Accounts. Choose your account, select remove password. Reboot, and you should be able to log on with success.
