As you open webpages, Safari saves the content of the pages in a temporary location, called the "cache," to make it faster to open the pages again.

If a page you open is not displaying new content, you may want to empty the cache. If you are creating a webpage, you may need to empty the cache to see new content.

Choose Empty Cache from the Safari menu, then click Empty.

By searching for "cache" on spotlight you will find the folder when it is actually storing all temp files

You can find it in the Safari menu "Empty Cache" For FF it's in the Firefox menu, Preferences... > Privacy > Cache. Click on the Clear Cache Now button.

Not sure why you'd want to review them. Use Spotlight, put in cache and you'll get Java Cache Viewer.

To clear the cache, (if you're using Safari) just click Safari and "empty cache".

Macs don't really work like that. You can install Cocktail to clear your temp files, but to "review" them? Either delete them or forget about them -- don't review them.
