First of all think of a good subject for your chemistry project. I chose Corrosion and Rusting for my project in Class 12. You will need to supply in depth information about the subject along with pictures.
Do a simple experiment on corrosion. Explain how you have performed the experiments, which materials you needed and the result. You will also add what you have understood from the experiment.
Make sure your project doesn't exceed 20 pages. Talk to your teacher about the project. I am sure she will help you out in some way.
Best of luck.
