Do starlight peppermints help digestion at all?
Peppermint is good for digestion. But are the starlight peppermints good for digestion? Do they have enough of whatever it is in peppermint that makes it beneficial to have any effect? I assume it won't have as strong an effect as specialty peppermint pills or tea, etc., but does it have any effect at all? Would it be something useful to keep at home or in a briefcase as a kind of low-grade digestive aid?

I don't think it has any real peppermint in it, all artificial. You are better off with peppermint tea.

Yeah, a little, but Altoids will not ever melt or get sticky and they come in a tin.
Besides that, they are stronger peppermints! They'll even make you feel more alert when you're feeling like you're dragging during the four o'clock slump.

i always thought that was why most restaurants offer after dinner mints, so you don't realize the indigestion.
my grandmother always gave us as kids, starlight mints when we were on the road and got upset belly's.
so, i'd definately say that they do help.

Absolutely yes! Many times I've successfully used them for that.
