    por q la salchicha es como un tipo de chorizo entonces se le dice pan por el pan y cho por el chorizo q vendria a ser la salchicha ... supongo...

    algunos hombres cuando vas a tener accion en la noche se dice " esta noche cena pancho" y refiriendo se a su miembro.

    y como al miembro tambien le dicen salchicha. supongo que al tener el sanwich salchicha podria decirce que tiene pancho.
