Real Estate positions...part time?

Are there any non-sales real estate position that one could do part-time, or on weekends? I heard about processing loans, is that one of them? How would one get started?

There are many affiliates connected with our industry.....

title companies, lenders, pest control offices, property management offices, and of course real estate offices. We use these unlicensed people:

escrow managers, receptionist (usually part time and does coping, filing and a large list of other useful items.)

Call your local Board of Realtors or also called Association of Realtors in some areas. They can provide you with a list of realtors and affiliates in your area. I am in Northern California. Good luck.......

Maybe an entry level job at an attorney's office doing Post Closing or misc. grunt work. Good for experience and can sometimes be gotten at smaller firms for part time.
