forget compression -- golfing balls are literally not compression rated. As a mid to extreme handicapper, you don't need to spend a lot of money (i.e. professional V1). A 2-piece ball provides you with with the area and toughness you want in a golfing ball. each and each and every producer has a large decision of balls. i in my view play Srixon and fairly advise the mushy sense (eco-friendly container). Titleist makes the DT Solo. TopFlite has an really good line of balls for the mid to extreme handicapper.

Only if it is used in the proper manner.
Put ball in left hand pocket, then gently ease your right hand into your right pocket, and give it a good shake.
Don't know if it helps your score or even your ball, but hey, who cares.
How many strokes in your last round??
