Nobuo Uematsu is the composer for the final fantasy games. I can thing of a whopping lot of them I think are great. "To Zanarkand" from FF10 is very good as is "Hymn of the Faith"

one winged angel from final fantasy 7 is the last boss battle safer sephiroth: by nobuo uematsu its creepy and dark, the best for sure.
