It is best to use the ring finger because the skin under your eye is the most sensitive. Your ring finger will give the conealer a delicate touch rather than being hard and rough. If you want you can also use a brush.

i would recommend those concealers with the brush, or the concealer pencil. its way better than using your finger.

I would use a soft eyeshadow brush. You don't want to pull the skin alot. Its very thin around the eyes.

It's easier to control the movement better. Also itstead of rubbing it on lightly patt it on.
