how do I report Coyotego.com for not shipping an item but charging?
Placed an order for a cd in June. Called in july was told there was a problem with the where house and he didn't know when it was going to be shipped. All e-mails have gone unanswered and the telephone has been disconnected and transposes to a different number than what is shown at the website. I was charged for it but it was never shipped. I want a refund. Coyotego.com is on Yahoo.com shopping.When I talked to someone they were going to upgrade my shipping at no charge since it was so late. What can I do?

Reporting them at this point is not going to get you anywhere. Yahoo! has distanced itself from coyotego and will take no action on your behalf. Currently, the company and its owner, Larry Thompson, are being investigated by the FBI and the Secret Service, according to New Mexico news reports.

Cancel the charge with your credit card company
They aren't even supposed to charge before they have it in stock.

Complain to your credit card company. If you haven't gotten the item, they should refund your money.
