How do I copy a single frame from a video I am watching on my P.C. ?

How do I make a copy of a single frame from a video I am watching on my P.C. ? I am using Windows Media 10 to view the video. The video is already stored in a file on my hard drive. I would like to be able to edit and eventually email the copy.

I use a video editor Pinnacle Studio. You can get it for less than $75.00. on Yahoo Shopping.

It has a feature called video grab. It takes the frame and allows you to save it as a .jpg or other type file, if desired.

Pause the video on the physique you;d like, Hit the Print demonstrate key on your keyboard (in some circumstances PrtSc or PrntScrn) placed on your keyboard on the top precise hand; Hit commence -> courses -> upload-ons -> paint while paint opens to a sparkling canvas, hit Ctrl V or paste; as quickly as the pasted screenshot is in there you need to use the crop gadget or determination gadget to cut back out and keep the thumbnailed image.
