1. Some posters are kids who haven't learned proper grammar (yet? -- one can only hope...).
2. English is a second (or third, or fourth...) language for other posters. Thus they do not have the best grasp of the language.
3. Still other posters know good grammar but simply do not care to use it.
4. And some posters are just plain dumb!

A. Yahoo never asked for correct grammar nor edit the Qs & As.
B. This is a Q&A community, not one for English learning.
C. Because of A & B, no one really bother and so all kinds of
everthing were freely used to express. That's why.

They're 12... What do you expect? HA! Poor grammar bothers me as well but I try to let it go... You can't control what others do. Surely, once they are of age the individuals on this site- one day applying for a job- will find themselves thoroughly embarrased when some manager somewhere points out the 50 gramatical errors on their application.
