The best website to use if you are planning on making a website?

I have to make one for my senior project and I was wondering what one was easy. I'd like to NOT use yahoo's. Any other ideas?

    There are several websites where you can learn to build your own website free.

    W3schools, Webmonkey, Devguru have free simple tutorials for learning HTML, PHP, JavaScript and all features required to design a website . More information at-

    Do you mean to make a pre-made type of website? Like geocities or tripod? Ick, those really suck, but if you have no html experience I guess that's all you have to work with.
