    My Mom drove a Ford Grand Torino when I was a kid. The thing was a tank and didn't have power steering either. I can remember her straining like a pro wrestler when she had to make a turn....

    The car was also known as a Fairlane 500 back then... Don't know why it had two different names...

    A Yellow 1971 Gand Torino that pulled in front of my yellow 1972 Firebird back in 1977. Both cars were totalled. I hated that jerk for years and have always hated Torinos ever since.
