It depends on your values and morals, the length and seriousness of the relationship, your age, whether you trust the boyfriend and feel that it is right, etc. If the situation is ideal and you are comfortable with it and enjoyed showering together, then I guess my advice would be to be careful (with your heart, your health and your emotions).
