(Brits especially) What do you think of Victoria Beckham?
I've liked her since the Spice Girls; I've always thought she's pretty (not gorgeous, but pretty) and has great fashion sense... But lately I've read some really nasty comments about her on some celebrity gossip sites, and I'm wondering why...? Am I missing something, being "across the pond" and all...? Why do so many people seem to hate this woman they've never met...?
hiphop -- I asked for responses from Brits especially because I wonder if they hear/see/read more things about her that maybe us Yankees don't.
I loved the Spice Girls too, and I was in my 20's when they were big! I thought their music was catchy and fun, and that they set a good example for young girls -- a better example than the likes of Britney Spears anyway.

Lets face it she rarely records or does anything useful. She is just famous now for being married to David beckhan and showing her face in front ofr every comera she sees. Lots of people make lots of useful contributions in all sorts of areas but are not recognised. This is why people do not like her.

She looks better as she ages. I loved her in the spice girls! Why does if have to be brits especially? That's mean. I'm american and I loved the spice girls when I was a little girl! I had three of the barbie dolls and their movie Spice World. I watched it several times.

dunno if i feel sorry for her 'cause she looks so blooming miserable. Wouldn't fancy an invite for tea ;)
