where do I go to check the limitations of answering?

since yahoo updated the site, I can't find the chart that says learn more about yahoo answers. the levels and limit for the answers.

    towards the left hand corner where it says your name and what level you are on, press the points that you have and that will lead you to your destination!

    Do you see the number of points you have highlighted in blue? Click on the blue number. Bam! There ya go.

    Click on help at the top of the page on the right-hand side. All your questions can be answered there.

    clic on yout total points, and you'll get the tables including levels and limitations of answers, responses, evaluations...
