Pong. The arcade version at an Italian restaurant.
After that, Arkanoid, Space Invaders, Centipede, Gallaga (loved that one), Pac Man, Donky Kong, etc. On the C64, I wasted tons of time on Argon. Then there was all the old Nintendo stuff. The arcade version of Tetris, of course.
Good times!
I recently downloaded a bunch of those old games again. Magex has a nice collection, and you can dowmload a C64 emulator for your PC with tons of games. That was pretty nostalgic - loading C64 games with the old commands - and remembering those commands after 20 years.
Yep. these days I mostly waste time here at Yahoo Answers or playing a chess program - my reflexes ain't what they used to be ;-)

The very first video game, Tennis for Two was created in 1958!
My first experience is a C64 game from the 1980s, but I'm not sure which one. It could have been Archon, Summer Olympics, Barbarian... etc.
The first TV video game I played was Mario 3.

Oregon Trail on an Apple computer. We used to run to the computer lab to play it & fight over who played first.
