Well, you'd have to count 17 for every year MNF was on, which was...1972 to 2005 if I'm not mistaken, plus all the playoff games and super bowls they had, although I'm not sure of that amount.

MNF started in 1970 and had 13-14 games for the first 8 years (there was usually no Monday night game the last week of the season), until the league went to a 16-game schedule in 1978. The bye weeks weren't added until the late 1980's or early 1990's.
They also did a couple of playoff games every year starting around 1995, and maybe 5-6 Super Bowls. Add all of that up and it's probably a little over 600.
