What is the best restaurant in Maui?

Roy's would be my no. 1 choice. Its always my favorite place to go. It has fabulous food and 2 locations on the island, one in Kihei and one in West Maui.

Otherwise:

Leilani's at Whaler's Village has a beautiful view.

Nick's Fishmarket at the Fairmont Kea Lani is romantic, has wonderful food and a beautiful setting but is very expensive.

It really depends on what type of food you want?

There are literal 100's of places to eat. Most Hotels & Resorts each have a couple.

When visitsors ask me what the most popular place to eat is? I give the same answer as a couple have already. McDonalds.

But for me I have one very special place I enjoy eating at, and often take guest. It is my Home on Maui.

I visited Maui and this was the best - we went back twice. You can watch the windsurfers and whales if it is whale season. The food is excellent, including the sweet potato french fries

Mama's is good. My wife and I went there after we did the road to Hana. It is a bit pricey though. Nice scenery.

Roy's was also excellent as well. They have a desert that is absolutely incredible, you have to order it when you order your main course because of how long it takes to make.
